Hot Water Wash Hood

The hot water wash hood from Spring Air Systems combines high-efficiency grease extraction with the advantage of self-cleaning. Its grease extractor is washed daily with a water/detergent mixture, while its manifold design provides excellent cleaning with minimum hot water usage.
