Customer Payment Options and Instructions

Avoid delays in getting your project on the Spring Air Systems schedule by sending your deposit by EFT or e-transfer.

Payment Options

Please choose one of the following payment methods:

1. Bank EFT Transfer

2. e-Transfer

  • Send to: accounting@springairsystems.com
  • Please include the password and reference the quote or invoice number in the message.
  • Email the payment confirmation to the same address once the transfer is complete.

If you are unsure how to send an EFT or e-Transfer, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your on-line banking or business accounts-payable platform.
  2. Go to the “transfers” or “payments” section and select electronic funds transfer or direct payment.
  3. Enter Spring Air banking information below and exact payment amount.

  4. Include an invoice number or payment note for tracking.
  5. Review all fields carefully, complete any security verification steps and submit.
